Dandelion Hourglass

Fluffy seeds from dandelion dragons drift between the two bulbs of this hourglass. While attuned to this item, you have Advantage on Initiative rolls. Additionally, when a creature you can see within 120 feet of you rolls Initiative, you can use your Reaction to force it to make a DC 15 Intelligence saving throw. A creature can choose to fail the save. On a failure, the target must reroll its Initiative and must use the new result. Once you have used this property, you can't use it again until the next dawn.
